MLS Access Makes Your Home Inspection Easier!

Through a recent policy change by Triangle Multiple Listing Services (MLS), coordinating your home inspection is much easier. Sure Sight Home Inspection is a licensed user of the Triangle MLS, meaning that we can schedule appointments and gain lockbox access to listed properties just like your realtor can. We still need the buyer and seller to agree to the inspection time, but your realtor does not need to be there at the start of the inspection to let us into the property. Note that if you’re a buyer and want to attend the home inspection, regulations require that your realtor be present while you are there.
